Hilltop Radio No.66

Forecast: “I Go Out On Friday Night…”

Well, I guess that’s not really accurate anymore, but there was a time when it was quite true.  And when it was true, these would have been the songs I was listening to.  The mix starts with pure dance floor tracks, but really, in the eighties everything was a dance floor track.

Dept. Of Misc. Information: This playlist was inspired by an e-mail from our good Mr. Chips, but really it is dedicated to me mum who came back from a trip to Scotland/England with a handful of records incudiing an Eddie & the Hot Rods album. She was sent there with an impossible task – “Bring me back something new that I will like”. Hell, I think she succeeded. Oh and my Podcast provider has kindly expanded my band width, so this episode is a little bit longer.

You know, it’s a shame that I have to remind people but please remember, always, always be buying music. It’s the only way these poor public servants get paid…
